Refund policy

Returns 

You may return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving if you are not satisfied.  We will refund your method of payment.  Refunds will usually post within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

For the fastest processing do not send returns to the PO Box.

Get and retain a tracking number for the return

Please include your name and order number when returning a purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item for an equivalent item, please in include a note in the package.  We reserve the right to refund your purchase rather than exchange your return.

Shipping

No shipping to Europe, EU or EEA

In stock items are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days via USPS priority mail shipping for domestic orders and First Class International for International orders. Out of stock, manufacturer discontinued and special order items may take longer depending on availability. Proof of shipment is the tracking number showing delivery. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery if the tracking number shows the item being delivered to your supplied address.

You will normally be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  In some cases, we may pay for return shipping at our discretion.

You should use and retain tracking data from a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
